1. Organizer and Prize Provider
This giveaway is organized and administered by Sugar, Spice, and Spirits, LLC (“Organizer”). Jack Apparel sponsors, supplies, and ships the prize.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older and at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Owners, employees, and giveaway administrators of Sugar, Spice, and Spirits, LLC and Jack Apparel, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway opens September 30, 2026, at 4 AM Central Time and closes October 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time. Comments posted outside this period do not count.
4. How to Enter
During the entry period, leave a comment on either of the following on the official Sugar, Spice & Spirits YouTube channel, @SugarSpiceandSpirits:

Only YouTube comments count. Comments on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok, or other platforms do not count.
Each YouTube account may receive one entry across all eligible videos. Additional comments from the same account do not increase its chances of winning.
Subscribing, following, liking, sharing, and tagging friends are optional and are not required to enter or win. No particular praise, endorsement, or positive opinion is required.
A free YouTube account is needed to comment. Your qualifying comment must remain publicly available for entry collection and verification.

Entries found to violate those guidelines will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One verified winner will receive their choice of available merchandise from the full Jack Apparel website, up to a combined retail value of $200.
Jack Apparel will cover shipping to the winner’s address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Shipping does not reduce the $200 merchandise allowance.
Selections are subject to available inventory and sizes. No purchase or additional payment is required to receive the prize. Any unused merchandise allowance will not be paid in cash. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any taxes legally applicable to the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
6. Winner Selection
On November 3, 2026, the Organizer will randomly select one potential winner from the combined pool of eligible YouTube accounts.
Comments from all eligible videos will be combined, and repeat entries from the same YouTube account will be removed before the drawing. Each eligible account will receive one entry.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible accounts entered.
7. Notification and Verification
The Organizer will notify the potential winner by replying to their qualifying YouTube comment from the official @SugarSpiceandSpirits account. The reply will include instructions to contact info@sugarspiceandspirits.com.
The potential winner must email that address within seven calendar days of notification.
To verify ownership of the selected account, the Organizer will email a unique code and ask the potential winner to post it in a reply from that YouTube account. The potential winner must also privately confirm their name, age eligibility, and U.S. residency and provide the information needed to arrange fulfillment.
Verification must be completed within seven calendar days of the Organizer’s verification email. If the potential winner does not respond within the stated deadlines, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Organizer may randomly select an alternate using the same process.
The Organizer will never request payment or credit card information to claim the prize. Entrants should not post personal contact information or shipping addresses publicly.
8. Prize Fulfillment and Privacy
After verification, the Organizer will coordinate with the winner and Jack Apparel to arrange merchandise selection and shipping.
Public YouTube account identifiers and comments will be used to collect entries, remove repeat entries from the same account, conduct the drawing, and verify the selected account.
Information collected privately from the potential winner will be used to verify eligibility, communicate about the giveaway, and fulfill the prize.
With the winner’s permission, the Organizer will share necessary contact and fulfillment information with Jack Apparel. Entry does not enroll anyone in an email marketing list. Giveaway information will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
9. Platform Disclosures
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, or TikTok.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release those platforms from liability related to this giveaway. Jack Apparel is the prize sponsor; Sugar, Spice, and Spirits, LLC administers the giveaway.
10. Administration
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. The Organizer may disqualify entries found to involve fraud, tampering, or violations of these rules.
If circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating fairly, the Organizer may suspend, modify, or cancel it as permitted by law. Any material update will be posted on this page.
These written rules govern eligibility, entry requirements, deadlines, and prize fulfillment, including where informal statements in recorded content differ.
11. Winner Information
To request the confirmed winner’s YouTube display name, email info@sugarspiceandspirits.com by December 3, 2026. Private contact and shipping information will not be disclosed.
